The fifth grade curriculum is delivered by a full time, certified teacher. The curriculum standards exceed the New Generation Sunshine State Standards and are in line with the National Common Core Standards. Teachers meet individual needs through regular assessments and working with students individually, in small groups, and large groups. Fifth grade is a time to build increased student independence in preparation for middle school.
